Your data should never be the game.
QParty stores only the information needed to create profiles, form parties, power chat, and keep the community safe.
What we collect
Authentication providers identify your account securely. QParty stores your public profile, preferences, queue and lobby history, messages, connections, blocks, reports, and essential timestamps. Passwords are never stored by QParty.
Who can see what
Other players see your QParty username, bio, preferred language, chosen gaming nickname, favorite games, and the presence you choose to share. Your sign-in email and authentication identifiers are private.
Control and retention
You can edit your profile, appear invisible, block players, and delete or anonymize your QParty account from Settings. Completed queue and match operations are retained for 30 days; notifications for 30 days; closed lobbies, lobby and direct messages, and completed friend requests for 90 days; swipe history for 180 days; resolved reports and security audit records for up to 365 days. Active or unresolved safety records may be kept longer when necessary to investigate abuse or comply with law.
Processors and security
Vercel hosts the application and Neon provides the database and primary authentication. Google or Discord process identity data only when you choose their sign-in option. Connections are encrypted in transit and access is restricted, but chats are not end-to-end encrypted: authorized operators may access them for support, safety, or legal obligations.
Beta notice
This notice describes the current public-beta implementation. The product owner must publish a privacy contact and obtain jurisdiction-specific legal review before a broad commercial launch.
