By using QParty, you agree to use the service lawfully, honestly, and only if you are at least 18 years old.
Eligibility and account
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping third-party sign-in access secure.
Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, exploit, or share illegal content. Do not interfere with matchmaking, attempt to access another person’s data, or use QParty for commercial solicitation.
Moderation
QParty may review reports, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve relevant records when necessary to protect users or comply with law.
Availability
The MVP is provided for testing and may change or experience interruptions. A fuller legal review and final terms are required before a commercial launch.
